**Position**:
The main objective of the role is to safeguard all FENDI employees Health & Safety, complying with Health, Safety and Environment laws and regulations and promoting an overall wellbeing culture on a global basis.The position will oversee the global coordination of Health, Safety and Environment activities, cooperating with the Headquarters and Regional functions such as Human Resources, Facility, Training and Retail Excellence, Retail Operations, Legal and Compliance, Security. The position is based in Rome Headquarters and requires travels up to 20% of the time. **Job responsibilities**: - Guarantee the Health & Safety compliance acting as RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) of the Company Italian operations and premises (offices, factories, warehouses), performing audits and coordinating integrated audits with other functions, preparing and timely updating mandatory documentation, protocols, and procedures.
- Effectively communicate protocols and procedures, through communications and innovative strategies, constantly measuring the effectiveness of such communications and the organization’s Health & Safety maturity in the different premises and countries.
- Develop initiatives to safeguard the employees and improve their awareness, help them stay safe and in a good health.
- Arrange effective Health & Safety training, initiatives and strategies - in line with law requirements and LVMH global objectives - to progressively improve FENDI employees’ maturity and awareness through video pills, in person training, guidelines, on-site events and the integration in other FENDI events.
- Support and coordinate a small internal team of H&S; professionals based in Italy and a network of H&S; international consultants.
- Coordinate the international regional Health & Safety activities to achieve full compliance with local Health & Safety requirements, working with and supporting the regional counterparts and coordinating the local H&S; consultants.




- Coordinate the H&S; global monitoring via a network of consultants of the Italian and international events and constructions sites (ie stores).
- Facilitate the implementation and dissemination of best practices and initiatives among regions and countries.
- Report on the Health & Safety compliance, maturity and initiatives in Italy as at global level to the Senior Management. **Profile**: - Proven expertise in Health & Safety and Environment positions (at least 10 years in the same function) in Italy and abroad.
- BSc/BA in Safety Management (“Tecniche della prevenzione nell'contesto e nei luoghi di lavoro”) or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE.
- In depth knowledge of the Italian and International health and safety practices, laws, regulations and procedures
- Experience in writing brief and effective reports and policies.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Perfect fluency in Italian and English.
