Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength. **YOUR TASKS** In our production plant for the Electronics Business Division in Lithuania the QUALITY METHODS SPECIALIST will: - Help train project teams on how to use standard tools and methods to analyze and improve processes across the company;
- Check how well standard processes are being followed, and suggest actions to improve their use;
- Support the creation and use of data-based methods to find and solve process problems;
- Help test ways to predict how long products will last by studying real-world data and running product tests. Use the results to improve new products;
- Give advice to development and production teams on how to find and fix process and product issues;
- Help write and update clear company-wide rules for how processes should be done;
- Work with universities to bring in new ideas for process improvements;
- Analyze how process data and operating results relate to product quality;
- Support teams in planning and running process reviews to find improvements in production;
- Coordinate and support Problem solving, DMAIC projects;
- Assist in local and global projects that aim to reduce product failures and make processes more efficient;
- Help compare different processes and find the best examples (best practices)



with other expert teams;
- Plan and run training sessions on process improvement and product reliability with different teams;
- Train and develop yellow, green and black belts in organization. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in electronics, mechanical engineering or other related field is desired;
- Job related experience of 2-3 years;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Great communication skills, experience in international cooperation;
- Very good knowledge of Quality Methods & tools, as well MS Office;
- SAP or other ERP system know-how is an advantage. **WHAT WE OFFER**
