- Ensure operations processes and solutions **What makes you a good fit***: - Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Min 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
- People management skills
- Great interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with different colleagues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Availability to work on shifts
