To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our staff as a **Sales Assistant in the tourism sector**, with a focus on promoting and managing travel packages for our clients. **Y**our responsibilities**: - Creating and customizing travel packages for individual clients and groups;
- Managing relationships with partner hotels;
- Gathering promotional materials (texts and photos) for website and catalog updates;
- Collaborating on the creation of the travel catalog and seasonal offers;
- Organizing transfers to/from the airport and partner accommodations;
- Analyzing customer feedback and supporting commercial and customer care strategies;
- Providing operational support to the customer service team. **Your profile**: - High school diploma and/or specific training in the tourism sector;
- Previous experience in tourism, travel agencies, or customer service;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, German, and English;




- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Aves) is a plus;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Problem-solving skills, active listening, and stress management;
