At once. /p h3What you'll actually do /h3 pYou work side by side with our Business and Tech teams to tackle complex, high-stakes questions about our clients' supply chains. You're the person who writes the SQL query, builds the model, spots the pattern — and then translates it into AI-powered solutions that change how our clients operate. Every day. /p h3What does this look like day-to-day? /h3 ul liDesigning and deploying smart agents that automate clients' workflows end-to-end. This include simulating and modelling clients' supply chains inside Cargoful, leveraging advanced optimisation models and AI /li liCollecting, cleaning and analysing client data in Excel and Python to surface trends and improvement opportunities /li liWriting SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate and prepare data for analysis, implementation and reporting /li liEnsuring seamless data integration between Cargoful and client environments (via API, staging tables, flat-file exchange, scripts and data manipulation tools) /li liSupporting new and existing clients from implementation to go-live to daily support /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liGraduated in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering or related degree /li li0-3 years of experience in a technical or analytical role.



Preferred: any prior experience as a Solution Consultant, Solution Analyst or similar roles in a B2B software company /li liFluent in Italian (C2 required) and English (B2+) - we work with international clients /li liComfortable with the everyday tools and tech of today's world (Claude/ Gemini/ ChatGPT, Google Sheets/ Excel, SQL and Python) /li liA star jolly: flexible, high-energy, fast-learner, you fill in gaps and keep momentum /li liDoer, owner, hands-on: you take responsibility and close loops without being chased /li /ul h3The deal /h3 ul liClear growth path: Supply Chain Engineer → Senior Supply Chain Engineer → Solution Engineer → Lead Solution Engineer, with the opportunity to grow with the Delivery team and be among the first hires /li liFull-time, permanent contract /li liFull AI tooling + tech stack to work efficiently /li liSet-up: Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site in our Milan office (Porta Romana) /li li€30-40k OTE (RAL base €28-36k) + food stamps /li /ul pOne thing worth saying upfront: Cargoful is a young and ambitious company.
