**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a junior resource to join our operations team in the role of Yacht Agent. This figure, alongside the senior colleagues, will contribute to: - Assisting with back-office tasks, such as documentation, records keeping, and basic accounting support;
- Supporting the follow-up of ongoing operations, ensuring deadlines and client requests are met;
- Actively contributing to team development, by acquiring new skills and gradually taking on more responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Yacht agency services for Genoa and Portofino
- Central agency coordination with all SGY network across Italy/Greece/SOF/Med area
- Drafting of documents using the Coast Guard software system
- Completion of border police, custom, harbour master paperwork
- Drafting of estimates, proforma D/A, invoices,



and expense accounts
- Concierge services, provisions, and supply services
- Yacht assistance with entry procedures into Italy
- Completion of ship cashier paperwork and currency declarations **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, management engineering or similar;
- Brief experience (also through internship) in the field of port operations;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
