**Position**:
During this 6-month internship, you will be part of the EMEA (Europe & Middle East) Retail Excellence Department based in Milan, and will support all the team initiatives/projects and contribute to the team effectiveness. **Job responsibilities**:
Particularly you will be involved in the following activities:
**Training organization**
- Support to the Retail Excellence training activities both with planning and overall logistics of the training sessions and special events, with direct support on site
- Support to the collection and analysis of trainings’ feedbacks and attendances **Digital Learning**
- Use Made to Learn Retail app as a system admin to support the overall Digital Learning management
- Create and review training material and make sure defined approach, templates, translations and quality standards are respected **Guest Experience**
- Support the analysis of all the Guest Experience tools in order to create consistency and support the retail teams for continuous improvement **Analysis and follow-up**
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative Training KPIs The internship experience will start in October 2025. **Profile**: - Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management or Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Team working attitude and flexibility;
