We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Specialist to join the Global Strategic Planning & Corporate PMO team within the Corporate Development function of Bracco in our Milan Headquarters. **About the Role** As a Strategic Initiatives Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Bracco’s business strategy and ensuring the successful execution of key strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive **corporate transformation programs**, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and track a **portfolio of strategic initiatives**, focusing on Corporate Transformation. Programs might include areas such as digital transformation, operational efficiency, change management.
- Act as a **change agent**, aligning cross-functional initiatives with company strategy while fostering collaboration in dynamic environments.




- Support the **development and execution**of Bracco’s **Strategic Planning Process**at a global level, ensuring company-wide alignment. **What We’re Looking For**
- **2-4 years of experience**in **strategy, corporate development, or project management**, ideally in a multinational company or top-tier consulting firm. Background in **Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related industries**is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields**. CFA is a plus.
- **Fluent English**(Italian is a plus).
- Strong track record in **end-to-end project execution**, stakeholder engagement, and support in strategic decision-making.
- **Project management expertise**(PMP, Agile, Scrum certifications preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
