Reporting to the Hco Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Utilities & Facilities will ensure the management of plant utilities to guarantee the supply of energy, hot and cold water / steam. Ensure air conditioning for both production and offices. Ensure maintenance activities for all the buildings. **Main Responsabilities**:
UTILITIES MAINTENANCE
Coordinates interventions in area of competence to achieve the objectives of efficiency of the machinery and identify new opportunity of improving service
Ensures repairing and maintenance of utilities in the Plant
Supports planning of the preventive maintenance regarding utilities and buildings and its relative actions to ensure its proper working
Constantly controls the system of fulfilled maintenance interventions




Supports the responsible for maintenance services in the working out of the budget of maintenance in his area of competence
Verifies the maintenance cost trends and analyze variations vs budget
Monitoring Plant KPIs to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability of maintenance processes and company assets
Ensure the monitoring of maintenance work undertaken by external companies in order to guarantee optimal execution of in terms of quality and safety ENERGY AND DISTRUBUTION OF FLUIDS
Responsible for the distribution of electricity and different fluids: water steam, air in accordance with the environment standards
Analyses consumption of energy to respect international agreements about the greenhouse effect and KPI portal and system update
Supervise maintenance of security alarm and video surveillance system installations
Gather and maintain information and archive for SMETA, FM Global, ISO and related audits NEW PROJECTS
Supports the responsible of new works to develop and realize new projects of improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of machinery of the Plant
Exercise direct supervision of new investments, fabricating, maintaining and repairing of building(s)
Studies and proposes new machinery or equips existing ones with an aim of reducing costs of production **Who we are looking for**:
**REQUIRED**:
Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Management experience in maintenance department (5+ years) Experience in personnel management (3+ years) Proven track record of delivering improved equipment / department performance Italian mandatory and fluent in English (any other European language is a plus) International mobility **How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero**:
