ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bCertification Project Manager /b to join its office in bGenova /bor bRozzano /b within the bMediterranean Africa Certification /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring completion of deliverables within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager stands at the center of a complex set of relationships among the client, Patrick, staff, contractors, and subcontractors who deliver the elements of the project. The skill of balancing the demands and expectations of these groups lies at the heart of a successful project. The Project Manager is accountable for obtaining and managing adequate resources to meet all project objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProject Management: /li liDevelop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. /li liDefine project tasks and resource requirements. /li liCreate and maintain project schedules. /li liClient Interaction: /li liAct as the primary point of contact between the consulting engineering firm and the client. /li liUnderstand client requirements and expectations. /li liProvide regular updates and progress reports to clients. /li liTeam Management: /li liAssemble and lead a project team. /li liAssign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise. /li liMotivate and manage team members to achieve project goals. /li liBudget Management: /li liDevelop project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints. /li liMonitor project expenses and financial performance. /li liRisk Management: /li liIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. /li liProactively address issues that may impact project delivery. /li liQuality Assurance: /li liEnsure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations. /li liImplement and enforce quality control processes. /li liContract Management: /li liUnderstand and manage contract terms and conditions. /li liEnsure that the project complies with contractual obligations. /li liCommunication: /li liFacilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders. /li liConduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions. /li liDocumentation:



/li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics /p h3Qualifications /h3 p'- 5 years of experience in engineering /p h3Project Management Skills /h3 ul liExtensive experience in project management, including the development of complex, comprehensive project plans. /li liProven ability to oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. /li liStrong skills in monitoring and controlling project risks, identifying and addressing issues proactively. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liStrong engineering knowledge to guide project teams in solving complex technical problems. /li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 ul liDemonstrated leadership (+5 years) in leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and other professionals. /li liProven ability to foster a collaborative and positive team culture, motivating team members to achieve project goals. /li liEfficient allocation of resources to meet project demands. /li /ul h3Software Skills /h3 ul liProficiency in project management tools and software. /li liFamiliarity with engineering software is a plus. /li /ul h3Auditor Skills /h3 ul liSolid experience in conducting second-party audits and supporting certification processes. /li liQualified ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) Auditor. /li liQualified ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) Auditor. /li liQualified ISO 45001 (Occupational Health Safety Management Systems) Auditor. /li liKnowledge and application of ESG (Environmental, Social Governance) auditing principles. /li liStrong understanding of audit methodologies, international standards, and compliance frameworks. /li liProven ability to plan, execute, and report audits, ensuring structured and objective assessments. /li liSkilled in identifying non-conformities, performing root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions. /li liExperience in risk-based auditing,
