**Junior Event Manager - MICE Department** **Location**: Rome
**Contract**: Full-time - On-site **Role** **Main Responsibilities**
- Support in the organization and coordination of national and international MICE events (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions).
- Assist in managing suppliers, venues, and logistics.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide on-site support during events when required. **Requirements**: - Knowledge of the main Italian destinations and their unique features.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office
