Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe successful candidate will join the Group Controlling Department, taking full responsibility for the following Group-level activities: /p ul liOrganize and coordinate the Group’s monthly management consolidation closing process; /li liDevelop a thorough understanding of and provide clear explanations to senior management regarding balance sheet, profit loss, and cash flow dynamics; /li liPrepare, together with the direct manager, Board of Directors presentation materials and supporting documentation, and actively participate in discussions with the CEO and CFO; /li liProduce the monthly reporting package, including detailed analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions; /li liOrganize and coordinate planning processes, including the strategic plan, budget,



and forecasts; /li liManage and further develop the Group reporting and management consolidation platform (Tagetik); /li liMeasure and report performance results for the purpose of evaluating variable incentive schemes across all Group companies; /li liProactively contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects; /li liManage and develop one direct report. /li /ul h3What you need to be successful /h3 pThe candidate should possess: /p ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering; /li liAt least 7 years experience in Audit/FPA; /li liStrong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); /li liSolid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes; /li liExperience in management consolidation activities; /li liExcellent written and spoken English; /li liStrong knowledge of SAP; /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; /li liExperience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and business intelligence systems. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 55.200, in line with experience.
