Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the HR roadmap for Nuti Ivo Group, collaborating with the CEO and entity leaders to align HR practices with Group policies and growth objectives. You will harmonize HR policies across five companies, manage talent development, and oversee compliance and HRIS. You will also support LVMH Métiers d’Art tanneries in Italy, sharing best practices and safeguarding savoir-faire. This position offers strategic influence across sites, with a focus on transformation and sustainable people practices.

- Develop and deploy an HR strategy aligned to five entities and the Group
- Harmonize HR policies across companies while respecting local needs
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, compensation, HR administration and employee relations
- Design and implement training programs and assess effectiveness
- Manage performance management processes and organizational design
- Create and manage compensation and benefits packages in compliance
- Map rare technical savoir-faire and implement GPEC plans
- Lead succession planning, mentorship and apprenticeship programs




- Attract and retain technical talent through targeted sourcing and employer branding
- Coordinate HR policies and social dialogue with Italian national agreements and social partners
- Oversee HR compliance, HRIS evolution, and consolidated reporting for the Group
- Serve as HR contact and support for other LVMH tanneries in Italy
- Collaborate with other HR leaders to harmonize practices and share best practices

Responsabilità
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site xysqume industrial settings
- Strong experience in tanning, leather, luxury, or artisanal manufacturing
- Excellent command of Italian labor law and employee relations in Italy
- Proven ability to secure savoir-faire and implement technical succession plans
- Strong skills development and talent management capabilities
- Proven change leadership and transformation experience
- Proficient in HR administration, compensation policies and benefits
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages a plus
