**Ship's Doctor**:
**Your life on board**:
As a Ship’s Doctor on our Vessels, you’ll be the Costa culture ambassador, guiding and supporting our Hospital Team with your exceptional people skills. You’ll act in a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for all medical matters ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company Standards.

Fostering collaboration and strengthening the Hospital team
Warmly welcoming new Colleagues, facilitating their integration and familiarization with the Team and the Ship environment
Understanding of the core values of the hospitality industry
Ability to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**Getting Things Right**:
Provide high quality healthcare to crew and passengers 24/7, through a clinic service and on-call provision
In emergencies support the Chief Doctor and other member of the medical Team as required
Manages cases of injury, disembarking crew or guests, medical visits/referrals ashore
Ensures compliance with all company approved medical and public health procedures
**Safety First**:
You assist the Captain in fostering a work environment that promotes a successful safety culture.
What makes you unique
Appropriate Medical Degree
Medical Specializations in Anesthesia, Critical Areas,
Emergency Medicine or other relevant specializations
A minimum of 3 years working experience post-graduate or post-registration
At least 6 months tempo pieno experience in emergency areas, such as Emergency Room, ICU, ambulances enrollment in Italian Doctors Professional Order (Ordine Provinciale dei Medici Chirurghi ed Odontoiatri)
A good command of written and spoken English, B2 as a minimum
ACLS and ATLS, APLS, etc. courses or equivalent
Availability to work onboard for at least 6 months in a year, split in two contracts of 3 or 4 consecutive months
Good IT skills
