pstrongYour Mission /strong /ppIn this role, you will deliver relocation related activities and accompany expatriates, employed by global companies, on orientation tours, school / house visits and support them with their settling-in in the selected local area /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliOrientation tour: accompany the transferee during look and see program to help them familiarize with the local area /liliSchool search: support the transferee with school selection (international schools / private / bilingual) and accompany during school visists /liliHome search: review of housing needs, arrange and accompany on property viewing appointments /liliSettling-in: support the transferee with property’s move-in and utilities connection /liliCorrect and consistent execution of client’s instructions and directions /liliDeliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you will bring to the role /strong /pulliFree-lance status with own VAT Registration /liliLive in Ravenna and have in-depth knowledge of the local area and customs /liliMinimum 2 years experience in a similar customer-oriented position /liliIdeally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industry /liliIdeally you have lived abroad / have a multicultural background /liliAdvanced written and spoken English and Italian, other languages are a plus /liliProactive approach, positive attitude and ability to make decisions independently /liliProblem solving skills and empathic approach /liliExcellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressure /liliExperience in the use of MS-Office and your own Laptop /liliValid Drivers’ License and car /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /pulliA position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
