Our agency is seeking an energetic young professional with native Spanish proficiency to join the creative team as Assistant Director for stage direction for its upcoming production:

The project is a contemporary reinterpretation of Frankenstein, adapted to highlight the contradictions and shortcomings of modern society. The production blends social reflection with theatrical innovation, including a thematic focus on the role and presence of Al in today's world, offering a modern and provocative take on a classic text. Role and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director will be involved throughout the entire rehearsal process,



working closely with the Artistic Director to contribute creative ideas, propose alternative perspectives, and support the staging and artistic development of the production. The role includes participation in all phases, from the initial script reading to defining the artistic approach and assisting with planning and coordination in the rehearsal space. This is a non-performing position.
