Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate. **Partner with the best** As Commercial Manager - Pump Water Solutions,**you will be responsible for: - Manage the **end-to-end commercial process**, from customer inquiry to order confirmation. - Prepare and coordinate **commercial offers**, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility. - Drive **negotiations**, providing accurate and timely documentation. - Maintain and update **CRM/DM systems**, tracking opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions. - Ensure **compliance with internal processes** and commercial policies. - Act as a liaison between **product leadership, engineering, and operations** to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - Degree in **Mechanical** or **Management Engineering**. - Experience in **sales operations**, **order management**, or **technical-commercial roles**. - Familiarity with **rotating equipment** and industrial products is a plus. - Fluency in **English**, both written and spoken. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
