Activity Description

Under the guidance of the Head of Italy Real Estate, the key responsibilities are:

- Real Estate Asset Management and Transactions: The intern will assist in both managing existing assets and participating in transaction activities, providing a well‑rounded experience in real estate operations.
- Investment Analysis: Supporting the investment and asset management team in analyzing potential investment opportunities is crucial. This responsibility will help the intern develop analytical skills and gain insights into market trends.
- Portfolio Optimization: The focus on optimizing portfolio performance indicates that the intern will be involved in strategic decision‑making processes, which is valuable for understanding how to enhance investment returns.

Job Description

- Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments.
- Support the due diligence process through market research,



property inspections, and financial assessments.
- Participate in property inspections and site visits to evaluate asset conditions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing real estate assets, identifying value enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing property‑level business plans.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and third‑party service providers to ensure effective operations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform asset management strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
- Engage in various operational activities as needed.

Personal Profile

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
- Good financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
