Job Responsibilities:
1. Timeliness monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction: Daily monitoring of the entire process of timeliness within the country, outputting data analysis issues and promoting improvements;
2. Follow-up and handling of daily quality operation issues (tracking problem cases, generating reports, handling customer complaints, etc.); coordinating with the local team in Italy and resolving anomalies;
3. Based on customized requirements of the Italian business, promoting the submission and iteration of BI and system requirements;
4. Participating in regular quality review and other basic analysis work, following the implementation of quality improvement plans. Requirements for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for English, logistics management, international trade, etc.;

Have a basic understanding of cross-border logistics, with strong learning ability;
3.
