In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand at the grassroots level of competitive swimming, driving brand awareness, and support in building long-commercial term partnerships with teams, clubs, and athletes. /ppbr / /ppstronguMain Responsibilities: /u /strong /pulliIdentify and recruit new clubs and teams to secure long-term partnership agreements. /liliDeliver best-in-class customer service and response times to existing and prospective coaches, boards, and athletes. /liliMaintain a regular visit schedule within the assigned territory to execute seasonal product launches and conduct team fittings. /liliProvide high-touch technical assistance, sizing support, and direct product service during regional and national swim meets. /liliConsistently evaluate club ROI and monitor compliance to ensure teams meet minimum outfitting standards and contract obligations.



/liliServe as the on-the-ground contact to collect and communicate technical product feedback and competitive intelligence to internal Product and Marketing teams. /liliAct as the face of the brand at the grassroots level, orchestrating product education and strategic seeding with elite athletes and coaches. /liliCoordinate major event activations (e.G., Nationals, coach socials, Age championships) and assist with the logistics of booth setup and breakdown. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguRequirements: /u /strong /pulliProven experience in sports marketing and account management, within the athletic performance or swimwear industry. /liliDeep knowledge of the competitive swimming landscape including club and technical racing gear will be considered a plus. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and accountability with coaches and boards /liliAbility to evaluate contract ROI, analyze sales metrics with constant support of sales team, and provide accurate product demand forecasting. /liliWillingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and work weekends to support regional and national swim events. /li /ulpbr / /ppThe hiring salary range for this position in Tolentino, Italy, is €25.000–€35.000 gross per year, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and seniority level. /ppbr / /ppemWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
