This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato - we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country. The Hoxton in Florence feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. **Job Description** What you’ll do**
- You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests, whether that’s answering guest questions, guiding them through the property or giving directions in the neighbourhood we call home.
- Jump in to help the team because teamwork is our middle name, and you’re a person who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats.
- Show guests to their rooms, giving information and helping with any amenities.
- Coordinating with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handling guest luggage with care, as if it were your own.
- Ensuring the lobby and entrance is kept tidy and presentable. **Qualifications**
