Leveraging Boston Scientific’s educational ecosystem—including the Institute for Advancing Science (IAS), EDUCARE platform, and Center of Education (COE) network—the role drives impactful learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Education Strategy Program Development /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the EMEA education strategy for Sacral Neuromodulation, creating comprehensive learning pathways for healthcare professionals and commercial teams. /li liAssess educational needs and identify learning gaps to design targeted, effective training programs aligned with business priorities. /li liDefine learning objectives, target audiences, delivery methods, success metrics, and implementation plans for all training initiatives. /li liEstablish and maintain processes to track, evaluate, and continuously improve program effectiveness and learner outcomes. /li liLeverage and adapt global Medical Education resources to maximize consistency, scalability, and impact across EMEA. /li liDrive innovation and continuous improvement of educational offerings and learning experiences. /li /ul h3Event Faculty Management (Approx. 60%) /h3 ul liLead the planning, execution,
and monitoring of EMEA‑based training programs, workshops, and educational events. /li liBuild, develop, and maintain a high‑quality network of faculty members and key expert healthcare professionals to support educational activities. /li liFacilitate advisory forums and expert interactions to gather insights and ensure the long‑term relevance and scientific quality of training programs. /li liPartner closely with Training Coordinators to ensure seamless event logistics, execution excellence, and post‑program follow‑up. /li liSupport the development of local training capabilities as country organizations and business needs evolve. /li /ul h3Digital Education Learning Solutions (Approx. 40%) /h3 ul liDesign and implement digital learning content as part of the SNM educational journey for healthcare professionals and internal teams. /li liCollaborate with clinical experts and internal stakeholders to develop engaging, scientifically accurate digital learning materials. /li liPartner with Digital Content Specialists to establish annual content plans and support key franchise campaigns. /li liManage digital education platforms and content libraries to ensure accessibility, quality, and relevance. /li liSupport the adoption of innovative digital learning approaches across the EMEA region. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, and Country Leadership teams to ensure alignment of educational activities. /li liEnsure effective communication, governance, and execution of training programs across multiple countries and regions. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize educational impact and support business objectives. /li /ul h3Quality /h3 ul liEnsure awareness of and compliance with all applicable quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. /li liChampion Boston Scientific’s commitment to quality, patient safety, and ethical business practices across all educational activities. /li liEnsure all educational and promotional materials undergo the appropriate review and approval processes before use. /li liSupport and facilitate quality‑related activities and field actions as required within the scope of responsibility. /li /ul h3What Are We Looking For? /h3 ul liFluent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
