We were meant to fly. /p pAs an Additive Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop manufacturing technologies and processes for DMLM aeronautical components, with focus on parts producibility and optimization of the printed part and printing process, as well as optimal design for additive. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop DMLM process /li liDevelop set of parameters for each part number, Part post processing, routing sheets /li liSupport Mechanical Component Design by guaranteeing the compatibility between design itself and manufacturing process, technical requirements and evidences evaluation in the technological validation process for all aspects related to materials and special processes (DMLM) /li liManage configuration (at the level of activities relating to technology department)



for each part number /li liContribute to the continuous product improvement by optimizing existing processes and identifying new opportunities of cost reduction /li liProvide support to machine operators for the solution of problems related to the operation of the machine /li liCoordinate root cause investigations /li liSpecify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done /li liDeliver products as part of a team /li liWork in cross functional teams /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering /li liKnowledge of DMLM Machines, Process Parameters /li liSPC (Statistic Process Control) Knowledge /li liSix Sigma tools 5S awareness /li liDigital Attitude /li liPrevious experience in Additive Manufacturing, with DMLM and/or EBM technologies /li liStrong CAD capabilities and proven experience with 3D design software (preferably Siemens NX) /li liGood communication skills, with the ability to communicate at a variety of levels, from detailed design reviews to high-level leadership reviews /li liAbility to work in cross functional team /li liDemonstrated proficiency in written, oral, and presentation skills /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liWork Visa in accordance with local regulation is required /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liMechanical design experience - designing hardware, machine tools, equipment, etc.
