As EMEA Accounting Manager, you lead and coach a hybrid finance team across the UK, Netherlands and Italy. You own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes for all EMEA entities, delivering accurate statutory and management reports. You’ll drive process improvements to standardise and streamline workflows while maintaining high-quality accounts. Your leadership stabilises the accounting function and supports change across a global CRO, with hands-on involvement when needed.

- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for all EMEA entities and improve accounting quality
- Deliver statutory, management, and ad-hoc financial reports on time and accurately
- Support and standardise finance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage, mentor, and develop the EMEA accounting team across dispersed locations
- International accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in statutory reporting and maintaining clean books
- Proven track record as a manager with remote team leadership
- Comfort with hands-on involvement and coaching
- Strong ERP experience (JD Edwards; future transition to Microsoft D365)
- Statutory GAAP knowledge and experience overseeing audits
