You will also serve as a Castiglion del Bosco ambassador to the customer, with system‐wide responsibility. in line with brand and property guidelines to track performance and ensure seamless client interactions.Collaborate closely with the Events Sales Team to maximize lead conversion and capitalize on high‐potential opportunities.Contribute to the Sales & Marketing strategy by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to address future business needs.Build and maintain SMART key account plans, with a strong focus on objectives, timelines, and conversion strategies.Engage with decision‐makers at all organizational levels, adapting communication and sales techniques to secure new business.Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations with clarity and impact.Job RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and operational systems like Opera PMS.Fluent in both Italian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A keen eye for detail, polished interpersonal skills, and a natural flair for relationship‐building.RAL30 - 40 kB
