- We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Local Marketing function in Beauty Care Business Unit.

- As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and working closely with the Global Category Marketing & Trade Marketing team.
- How your agenda looks like: - Develop and execute integrated product and communication strategies
- Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback
- Monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Innovate and Enhance Product Features
- Your team: - You will directly report to the Marketing Manager in the Local Marketing team.
- What makes you a great fit: - Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
- Local Language:



Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
