The role will play a key part in setting up processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and supporting the dealer network. /pulliManage aftersales parts business, including sales contracts with dealers and order management processes; /liliDefine and implement spare parts policies, procedures, and operational workflows; /liliOversee warehousing, inventory management, and stock control strategies; /liliManage logistics operations, including import/export procedures and customs clearance in coordination with brokers; /liliPlan and optimize spare parts supply, including demand planning, backorder management, and inventory turnover; /liliHandle claims and discrepancy management related to quality and transportation; /liliDevelop and implement pricing strategies,
