You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring designs are optimised for performance, cost, and compliance, while supporting investment decisions through robust technical analysis.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary PV,



electrical, civil, and BESS engineering teamOversee and approve utility-scale PV and hybrid project design, including key engineering deliverables (SLDs, layouts, protection, cabling)Lead energy yield assessments (PVsyst) and optimise plant layouts for performance, cost, and constructabilityDefine BESS sizing, architecture, and control strategies across multiple use cases and hybrid configurationsManage technical interfaces with OEMs/EPCs, support procurement, and oversee grid studies through to construction and commissioning. xrtlpzc Key Requirements:Degree in Electrical Engineering10+ years' experience in utility-scale PV and/or BESSStrong PVsyst and layout optimisation experienceProven leadership of engineering teamsInternational project experience is desirablePlease apply or reach out to if you are interested in this position!
