We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help develop new customers and build long-term business relationships. **Responsibilities**: - Develop distributors, OEMs and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in Italy and Europe.
- Visit customers and support commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support market development and sales growth. **Requirements**: - Experience in industrial sales.
- Background in electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, industrial automation or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and business development skills.




- Fluent Italian.
- Good English communication skills.
