The role will be responsible for driving quality excellence, managing quality processes, and promoting a strong safety culture across the plant. /p pThe candidate will organize activities, setting priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration with production and other plant functions to achieve continuous improvement objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage and continuously improve the Quality Management System and safety standards /li liEnsure compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures,



and applicable regulations /li liOversee production quality controls and finished product release processes /li liManage non-conformities, customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions /li liLead internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives /li liMonitor quality KPIs and promote quality and safety awareness throughout the organization /li liPerform regular safety walks and support workplace safety improvement actions /li liEnsure compliance with company HSE requirements and contribute to sustainability initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Sciences, or a related field /li liPrevious experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (experience in packaging/folding carton production is considered a plus) /li liStrong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies /li liUnderstanding of safety management systems and sustainability topics /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liAbility to lead and develop a team /li liGood English communication skills are mandatory /li /ul pThis role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening quality excellence, operational performance, and safety culture within a dynamic manufacturing environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
