IAM Specialist Location: Frascati, Italy Reference number: 0534 Application deadline: 15 July 2026 Overview On behalf of ESA, we are looking for an IAM Specialist to work at ESRIN in Frascati, Italy. The role includes developing and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions that support ESA's earth observation research and operations. Responsibilities Collect business requirements for new IAM evolution activities. Prepare IAM processes and design new IAM solutions aligned with business requirements and processes. Implement IAM solutions, including UAT and NRT sessions. Prepare and review IAM technical documentation. Provide support to the ESA IAM Governance team in developing new IAM processes and procedures. Generate IAM reports (scheduled and on demand). Participate in meetings and presentations. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field. At least 3 years proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions. Strong knowledge of IT networking infrastructure and protocols that support digital identity security. Hands‑on experience with IBM Security Verify, including Governance and Saa S versions. Advanced Java programming skills. Knowledge of SQL queries. Willingness to continuously expand technical knowledge.



Ability to work autonomously and as part of an international multicultural team. Solution‑oriented mindset and customer‑focused communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting over 2,000 users in a large organisation. Certification in IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence.
