Responsibilities Manage local union relations, negotiate and sign agreements
Represent the company in disputes related to employment relations
Ensure timely compliance with labor, contractual, and administrative obligations




Deploy Group HR policies across all personnel in scope
Direct recruitment and selection activities with managers
Define competence requirements and oversee L&D; in collaboration with Learning & Development
Manage disciplinary procedures and HR administrative activities (payroll, absences, injuries)
Analyze personnel costs and highlight anomalies
Promote initiatives to maintain a positive internal climate
Functionally coordinate HR activities across two Italian subsidiaries
