ph3Meaningful Work From Day One /h3 pThis role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Sales and other departments to drive business decisions. The incumbent will work directly for the Finance Manager and will operate in an office/hybrid setting (4 days a week at the Milan office, Fridays working from home). /p h3What You Can Expect /h3 ul liAnalytical lead for commercial units, preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis and depletions reporting. /li liPrepare accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. /li liSupport preparation of presentations relating to actuals, budget and forecasts. /li liBe the first point of contact for marketing – brand expense budget controlling. /li liSupport regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness of AP spend and analytics to support annual strategy. /li liAd‑hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance team. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends and provide insights. /li liResponsible for SOX/Audit controls and reporting.
