To learn more, visit /p h3Position Purpose /h3 pAs part of the EMEA RD team, the Application Specialist supports the development and validation of innovative packaging solutions, focusing on how materials perform with customer equipment and products. /p pThe Application Expert works closely with the RD Process and Analytical teams and other technical functions to support testing, product evaluations, and trials, and helps prepare and execute test plans, fitness-for-use assessments, and technical evaluations under senior guidance. /p h3Why do we need you? /h3 ul liYou support the development, design, and execution of trials to validate the performance and reliability of packaging materials, equipment, and their interactions.



/li liYou help generate high-quality test results and technical documentation to support data-driven decisions. /li liYou contribute ideas for improving existing product lines and supporting the development of new products, based on an understanding of materials, equipment, and customer operations. /li liYou support the market introduction of newly released systems through field monitoring, data collection, and technical follow-up. /li liYou contribute to projects related to supply chain improvements, manufacturing processes, and raw materials by helping assess the impact of changes on material performance. /li liYou collaborate with sustainability experts to support the design of products aligned with upcoming PPWR regulatory requirements. /li liYou are willing to learn, develop technical expertise, and grow within the RD organization while contributing to cross-functional projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering/Science, Food/Meat Science, or a related technical field.
