Learn more at /p h3We are searching for the best talent for: Acuvue Account Manager, Emilia Romagna and Veneto /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Selling /h3 ul liachieve annual Business Plan and cycle key performance indicators. /li liAchieve agreed sales, distribution and product mix targets on products and services. /li liDrive proactive prescribing and sell the clinical superiority of ACUVUE. /li liUses sales materials, handles objections and customizes the approach to each individual customer to increase business. /li /ul h3Account Planning And Management /h3 ul liuse territory reports, monthly sales/weekly KPI summary and CRM to create a territory/journey plan. /li liUse Self Directed Performance Management to plan and capitalize on opportunities.
/li liManage and proactively monitor ACUVUE Partner accounts and remainder of territory to achieve total Business Plan. /li liBuild relationships with customers and colleagues to grow the business. /li /ul h3Territory Management /h3 ul liComplete customer calls in line with account segmentation. /li liComplete journey plan, including pre-call planning and objective setting. /li liMake future appointments in line with journey plans. /li liInput and utilize information available on the CRM system. /li /ul h3Market And Product Knowledge /h3 ul liMaintain comprehensive, accurate and up to date product and clinical knowledge. /li liMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, marketplace, customers and competitors. /li liMaintain knowledge of internal policy changes and manage the impact on the customer. /li liProvide feedback and market knowledge to team. /li /ul h3Account Development ul liAct on new marketing initiatives such as the launch of new products and services. /li liActively contributes to the development and implementation of customer offering, taking ownership for the effective evaluation of customer activity. /li liUse customer business plans to effectively grow customer business, working, where required, within customer decisions. /li liSell Acuvue products to key decision makers – coach customer and develop customer business. /li liEstablish business plans - monitor progress against objectives and other targets. /li liBuild customer relationships and maintain and improve levels of customer satisfaction. /li liProvide sales updates to customers and ensure joint ownership of business goals. /li liInput and utilize information available on the CRM system, sharing information with colleagues and customers. /li liAttend required sales meetings/conferences. /li liDetermine budgetary direction in customer practices, ensuring maximum return on investment to agreed target. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree level qualification. A university degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing and Communications, or Optics and Optometry; /li liCommercial professional with a strong sales background gained in multinational Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods organizations,
