Experteer Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end execution of Field Services customer projects, leading multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver on scope, safety, and financial targets. You serve as the primary customer contact, manage contractual obligations, and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery. You will shape project plans, mitigate risks, and implement change orders to optimize gross margin. This role offers exposure to global projects and cross‑region collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Technical High School Diploma and/or Engineering University Degree (Electrical, Energetical, Mechanical)
- Knowledge of Building Management System solutions
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Excel, MS Project) xysqume
- Ability to complete projects on time with safety and customer satisfaction
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to anticipate deviations and escalates appropriately
- Experience with project profitability, GM improvement, and book‑to‑bill forecasting
- English fluency
