In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners. /p pb What You'll Do /b /pp As a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other Functional departments and support the logistics process across Italy. Your main responsibilities will include: /p ulli Coordinating domestic and international shipments from order to delivery. /lili Managing logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reporting. /lili Preparing logistics quotations and supporting Sales with project logistics planning. /lili Monitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating ETAs to customers. /lili Coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, HQ, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations. /lili Supporting contract reviews and providing logistics solutions for customer projects.
