The role involves troubleshooting, device /pp lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and /pp coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors. /ppb Key Responsibilities: /b /ppb End-User Support /b /pp• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals /pp(Windows, macOS, Linux). /pp• Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment. /pp• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues. /pp• Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams. /ppb Office Infrastructure Support /b /pp• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and /pp workplace technologies. /pp• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related /pp infrastructure equipment. /pp• Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.



/pp• Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities. /ppb Asset Management /b /pp• Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets. /pp• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records. /pp• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management. /pp• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements. /ppb Project Site Support /b /pp• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure /pp projects. /pp• Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments. /pp• Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required. /ppb Required Skills /b /pp• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office /pp IT infrastructure. /pp• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points). /pp• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control. /pp• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills. xrdbqlu /pp• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors. /p /p
