We invite you to be part of our story. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepares and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards. /li liProvides professional and friendly service to guests at the bar and during events. /li liMaintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations. /li liMonitors stock levels, assists with inventory management, and reports any shortages or discrepancies. /li liEnsures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.



/li liAssists in training and guiding junior bar staff to maintain service standards. /li liParticipates in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions as required. /li liCollaborates with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service. /li liAddresses guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. /li liPerforms any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Hotel Management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in English and Italian is required.
