We are looking for a Vice Technical Office Manager for a client company that designs and builds automatic machines and plant equipment for the industrial sector. The company operates in an international setting, with a focus on technical innovation, design quality, and customer‑specific solutions.

Responsibilities
The new member will support the Technical Office Manager in the operational management of the office, ensuring proper project progress, adherence to timelines, and quality standards of the design process. The role is deeply technical and operational and involves direct engagement in product and project mechanical design tasks:

Technical and design activities

Mechanical design of groups, assemblies, and automatic machines.

Technical development of construction solutions according to project specifications.

Preparation and verification of technical documentation and constructive drawings.

Maintenance and updating of documentation through 3D CAD and PDM systems.

Technical support for production and industrialization functions.

Operational coordination

Monitoring the progress of the technical office projects.

Coordinating project activities to ensure deadlines, quality, and technical coherence of results, aligning with company standards.

Daily interface with internal designers to organize tasks and operational priorities.

Coordinating the technical aspects of external design studios.

Reporting criticalities, delays,



or resource needs to the Technical Office Manager.

Internal and external relations

Collaboration with production, purchasing, workshop, assembly and service teams.

Technical interface with suppliers and external partners when necessary.

Support to the Technical Office Manager in organizing department activities.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

Strong technical experience in mechanical design of automatic plants or industrial machines, accustomed to working in project-oriented environments, able to combine design operations with daily coordination of the technical office.

Knowledge of 3D CAD design tools and PDM systems.

Good command of English.

Organizational and operational coordination skills.

Technical problem‑solving attitude.

Precision, quality orientation, priority and deadline management.

Good relational and teamwork abilities.
