Experteer Overview

In this role you drive regional growth for a global kitchen equipment leader in Eastern & Central Europe, the Balkans, and selected CIS markets. You will build and manage key accounts, partners, and distributors to expand our footprint, while leading strategic B2B negotiations and capturing new HoReCa and institutional opportunities. You’ll work with cross-border partners to stay ahead of market trends and shape region-wide sales strategies. This position offers global backing with local agility and meaningful impact across multiple countries.

Responsabilità
- Proven B2B sales experience in professional kitchen equipment, foodservice, or related technical sector
- Strong knowledge of xysqume Eastern & Central European and CIS markets
- Solid experience working with distributors and cross-border partners
- Results-oriented, autonomous, and highly commercially focused
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- English professional working proficiency
- Russian or additional regional languages: strong advantage
