Overview

In this role you drive facility management across global sites in EMEA and ROW, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable operations. You will collaborate with Plant Managers, HSE, and ITC to optimize performance, manage contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll lead openings, renovations, or closures and promote energy-efficient initiatives, reporting on activities and investments. This position offers cross-functional impact in a dynamic, international environment with travel expectations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate facility management for global sites in EMEA and ROW (maintenance, utilities, general services)
- Manage local supplier contracts including SLAs, KPIs, renewals, and adjustments
- Optimize operational performance and cost control of facilities
- Collaborate with Plant Managers, HSE, and ITC to ensure workplace functionality
- Ensure compliance with building, energy, environmental, and safety regulations
- Support openings, renovations,



or closures of international facilities
- Prepare periodic reports on activities, investments, and system status
- Drive innovative, sustainable energy-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering (or related field)
- Languages: Italian and English fluent
- At least 5 years' international experience in similar roles, preferably xysqume in industrial sector
- Knowledge of facility management and real estate operations
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with FM tools (Siemens Desigo, Archibus) and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Results- and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Sense of urgency and ability to act quickly
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20-30%)
