A senior, business-facing transformation leader responsible for integrating process, data, systems, analytics and capability across the Product & Development domain within a global consumer goods organization. This role ensures scalable, standardized, and value-driven ways of working across Innovation, Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, Industrialisation and related RDQ processes. The role partners with senior P&D; and RDQ stakeholders, regional business leaders and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Data & Analytics and Transformation) to drive deployment, continuous improvement, governance and capability uplift. The role accelerates innovation, improves development effectiveness, supports successful scale-up and commercialization, and delivers globally consistent product and development processes.Key responsibilities* Strategic business partnering and leadership

+ Act as a strategic partner to senior P&D; and RDQ leadership, co-owning the transformation and continuous improvement roadmap.

+ Translate product development and innovation priorities into structured capability, process, data and transformation initiatives.

+ Collaborate across R&D;, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, IT and Data & Analytics.

+ Influence senior stakeholders to align business priorities, innovation objectives and enterprise transformation initiatives.

+ Serve as a connector between product development teams and broader enterprise functions to enable end-to-end delivery from concept to commercialization.* Product & development capability transformation

+ Lead and support transformation initiatives spanning:

- Product Development & Innovation

- Innovation / Stage-Gate processes

- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Formula, recipe and specification management

- Product and packaging development

- Process and technology development

- Product scale-up and industrialisation

- Ingredient and raw material management

- Scientific and product data

- Integration of quality and regulatory within development lifecycles

+ Align processes, data, systems, analytics and operating models with business priorities and enterprise standards.

+ Drive simplification,



standardization and global adoption while allowing appropriate flexibility for category, market and regulatory requirements.* Innovation, product lifecycle & commercialization

+ Drive excellence across the end-to-end innovation and product development lifecycle from concept through development, validation, scale-up, launch and lifecycle management.

+ Identify opportunities to improve speed-to-market, development effectiveness, scalability and innovation productivity.

+ Strengthen integration between P&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to support scale-up and commercialization.

+ Support design and optimisation of Stage-Gate and innovation governance processes.

+ Ensure robust integration of product, formula, packaging, specification and regulatory requirements through the development lifecycle.* Deployment & continuous improvement

+ Lead domain-wide deployment and transformation activities.

+ Drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes (innovation speed, time-to-market, development productivity, product quality, operational effectiveness).

+ Deliver stakeholder engagement and change adoption across global and regional teams.

+ Monitor process effectiveness, capability maturity, adoption and vantaggi realisation.

+ Identify and implement simplification, automation and elimination of non-value-adding activities.* Digital, data & systems transformation

+ Partner with IT and Data & Analytics to evolve the digital P&D; landscape.

+ Support adoption and optimisation of platforms such as PLM, specification management, formula/recipe management, QMS, LIMS, ERP and R&D; systems.

+ Strengthen governance and quality of product, specification, ingredient and scientific data.

+ Champion digital ways of working and appropriate use of analytics, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

+ Ensure technology solutions support standardized processes and avoid unnecessary complexity.* Governance & cross-functional integration

+ Own and maintain P&D; process standards, templates, data requirements and governance frameworks.

+ Lead governance forums and decision-making processes across P&D;, RDQ and enterprise transformation stakeholders.

+ Evaluate enhancements for scalability, consistency and business value.

+ Act as liaison between P&D; business teams,



global process owners, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and transformation teams.

+ Promote global standardization while balancing category, regional and local requirements.* Capability development & leadership

+ Build and strengthen Process Excellence and P&D; capability communities across functions and regions.

+ Foster a culture of innovation, simplification, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

+ Support capability development, knowledge sharing and adoption of global best practices.

+ Coach and influence teams to adopt process-led, data-driven and digitally enabled ways of working.

+ Lead effective change management to embed new processes, systems and capabilities sustainably.Required experience & qualifications* 10+ years’ experience in FMCG/consumer goods or complex product development, R&D; or transformation environments.* Strong track record across product development, R&D; and/or innovation, ideally spanning concept through industrialisation and commercialization.* Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related product development systems and processes.* Proven process excellence, continuous improvement and business transformation experience.* Experience driving global or regional process and capability deployment.* Solid understanding of quality, regulatory, specifications and product compliance within the product development lifecycle.* Demonstrated business partnering with senior P&D;, RDQ and cross-functional stakeholders in global, matrixed organisations.* Strong stakeholder management, governance and influencing skills; ability to bridge business, scientific/technical and technology teams.* Experience leading transformation, process improvement, digitalisation or capability deployment programmes.Preferred profile* Senior product development / R&D; transformation leader with extensive FMCG experience and the ability to operate at the intersection of innovation, product development, process, data, systems and organisational change.* Deep understanding of product pathways from idea and formulation through development, validation, scale-up and commercialization, and their interfaces with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.* Strong technical and functional credibility combined with process excellence and transformation expertise; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across global, matrixed organisations. xysqume * Equally adept discussing innovation and product development with R&D; leaders, scale-up with Operations, compliance with Quality and Regulatory, and process/data/system requirements with IT and transformation teams.
