Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: /p ul li2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role. /li liDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems. /li liHands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. /li liFluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory). /li liExperience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite, or Fortinet environments is an advantage.
