They apply project management methodologies, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality standards, and regulations, also within an international context.SALARY RANGE: €45,000 - €50,000Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Regional Head of Operations in the operational management of properties (offices, schools, corporate assets, etc.), with a focus on optimization and value enhancement of the asset portfolioCoordinate and monitor routine and extraordinary maintenance activitiesManage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants/technical professionalsSupport the planning and control of real estate investmentsSupport the definition and monitoring of budgets, costs, timelines, work progress (SAL), and project KPIsSupport the preparation and management of tenders, contracts, technical documentation, reports, and analysesVerify compliance with safety, technical, construction,
