As part of the Belgian multinational Soudal Group, the company is recognized for continuous innovation across the wood–furniture, packaging, and textile industries.We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Adhesives Application Engineer to join our team and support customers across national and international markets.Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery combined with Adhesive/glue solutions.You will:Provide technical support and application expertise of the glue for installed machinery and systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsTrain customers and operators on machine functionality, operation, and best practicesCollaborate closely with the Application Laboratory, Sales and Product Management teamsGather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and servicesTravel regularly to customer locations in Italy and abroad to provide on-site technical assistanceWho We Are Looking ForA curious, customer-oriented, and hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem solving.RequirementsEducationDiploma in Mechanical Engineering, Thermotechnics, Wood Technology, Chemical Engineering,
