The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the machines and technologies required to perform the role of mechanical assembler - preparer/welder. In particular, they must acquire the ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and quickly, and be proficient in using fixed and portable machines such as hacksaws, drills and milling machines, pipe benders, dies, grinding wheels, orbital grinders, and welding machines. They must acquire expertise and executive autonomy in carrying out their duties, possessing technical skills in reading and understanding mechanical drawings, and in constructing products according to required specifications. Punctuality and compliance in delivering work are essential. They will work as part of a team and must comply with company obligations,
responsibilities, and procedures regarding safety, the environment, and accident prevention. They will report to and be coordinated by the Assembly Coordinator.
The primary activity is performing mechanical assembly tasks, requiring:

2. Read and understand assembly procedures.
3. Organize your work area.
4. Read and understand mechanical drawings.
5. Use SAP to report hours/quantities worked.
6. Understand and follow company procedures.
7. Be punctual and compliant in delivering assigned work.
As a plus, the candidate may be asked to support the Welding department, whereby the candidate will gain experience preparing weld joints on pipes and tanks with diameters ranging from ½" to 8" and in their assembly. Proficiency in the following welding techniques is required:

- GTAW (TIG)
- FCAW (MIG/MAG) with the following materials:

- Stainless steel
- Carbon steel, for which the candidate must be qualified in accordance with European (PED) and American (ASME) standards and regulations.
