This full‑time on‑site role offers great opportunities for career growth within GENERALE DU SOLAIRE, a French independent renewable electricity producer established in 2008. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead solar farm projects through tendering, pre‑construction and construction phases, acting as Owner’s Engineer/Project Manager. /liliManage project budgets and schedules using MS Project or similar industry‑standard software. /liliAssess, review and report on project spend throughout the project. /liliMaintain project risk registers, action trackers, change logs, etc. /liliManage GDS’s project team, typically including colleagues from project management, electrical engineering, civil engineering, site engineering and HS safety departments. /liliCarry out and maintain a strong understanding of the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) or Principal Designer (PD) role. /liliPrepare Employer’s Requirements and other technical documents for inclusion in construction contracts, including Solar EPC contract and Balance of Plant (BoP)/Independent Connection Provider (ICP) contracts. /liliSupport the team with planning condition discharge. /liliObtain relevant project consents, permits and licences such as CRU licence, road opening licences,



felling licences, etc. /liliLiaise with distribution and transmission system operators regarding grid connection contracts and delivery on behalf of clients. /liliNegotiate EPC contract on behalf of clients, liaising with client’s project team, legal and financial advisors. /liliAdminister construction contracts. /liliManage construction meetings both on site and remotely. /liliManage construction interfaces between contractors and other project stakeholders. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in engineering or equivalent. /liliAt least 2 years of experience managing construction projects of medium to large size (preferably in the energy sector). /liliExperience in contract, risk and procurement management. /liliConsolidated knowledge of a planning software (Project, Primavera, etc.). /liliKnowledge of HSE quality management. /liliStrong organizational and time‑management skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and strong leadership. /liliAbility to work in multicultural teams. /liliFluent in English and Italian (French is a plus). /li /ulh3Contract Information /h3pFull‑time | Start date: 01 September 2026 | Location: Milano | Occasional remote authorised. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
