Sr. Worldwide Partner Specialist - Database & Analytics, Data & AI GTMJob ID: 3207949 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.Role DescriptionThe Partner GTM organization within AWS seeks a Partner Programs Strategy Lead to architect, scale, and orchestrate the end‑to‑end partner journey for Data & AI across AWS. This highly strategic role requires exceptional program design capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex initiatives across multiple AWS organizations.Key Job Responsibilities- Partner Journey Strategy & Continuous Innovation: Own and continuously evolve the end‑to‑end Data & AI partner journey framework, conduct systematic gap analysis, synthesize partner feedback and market research, maintain a big‑picture view of partner investments, and create measurement frameworks to track partner progression and program effectiveness.- Thought Leadership & External Brand: Serve as the external face and voice of AWS Data & AI partner programs at industry events, collaborate with market research teams, publish thought leadership content, and build AWS’s reputation as a leader in the partner ecosystem.- Program Orchestration & Investment Securing: Identify and secure the right mix of self‑managed programs and cross‑AWS initiatives, develop compelling business cases to secure budgets, build partnerships with AWS Partner Core, field organizations, and product teams, and design governance models for cohesive program delivery.- Awareness & Adoption Scaling: Build scalable mechanisms to drive awareness of the Data & AI partner journey, create standardized messaging, playbooks, and toolkits, establish feedback loops, design and implement innovative GenAI tools,
and coordinate with regional teams for localized execution.- Strategic Planning & Team Coordination: Support yearly operational and quarterly planning cycles, facilitate team coordination activities, and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress against partner journey metrics and objectives.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.- 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, and/or storage.- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.- Experience in an external enterprise customer‑facing role as a technical lead with strong oral and written communication skills.- Experience in strategic planning.Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.- 4+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience.Compensation- Mountain View, CA – $162,700 – $220,200 annually.- San Francisco, CA – $162,700 – $220,200 annually.- New York, NY – $162,700 – $220,200 annually.- Dallas, TX – $147,900 – $200,100 annually.- Arlington, VA – $147,900 – $200,100 annually.- Seattle, WA – $147,900 – $200,100 annually.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
