Project description DXC is seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead, steering a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing. brThe ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects. Willingness to travel. brSe desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti. brResponsibilities br-End-to-End Functional Leadership: Act as the primary functional authority for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. br-Requirement Engineering: Lead high-level workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements. br-Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications. br-Test Management Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client. br-Knowledge Mentorship: Act as a senior mentor to the team, safeguarding the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation and sharing best practices. brSkills brMust have br-Banking Industry Expertise:
